Sediment Constellations (2023)
Carousel slideshow installation, 8’ x 6’ (approximately); projected image, 24” x 36”; cyanotype on 35mm glass slide mounts, 2” x 2”Sediment Constellations is an installation of several carousel slide projectors playing a slideshow of 35mm glass slide mounts. The glass slides have been printed with sand using an agar cyanotype emulsion, the same process used to create Fix. The result is a magnified image of the grains of sand that resembles constellations.
